Technical support is free with a subscription.  The support includes phone and Internet support.  We try to respond within 24 hours.

 

Due to the complex nature of the PORTAX we require that subscribers email us their PORTAX case studies when requesting support.  This enables us to run the actual case study that requires assistance.  PORTAX case studies are stored in single flies with an extension *.ptx.
